Below is a list of additional services that I offer. My general rates for services, such as audio/music tech consulting and Apple product support/training are posted below. These rates, as well as scheduling, can be negotiated for specific projects. Online/My Studio:
60 mins - $85
Your Home (0 - 30 min. drive):
60 mins - $110
Your Home (30 - 60 min. drive):
60 mins - $135
Discounts are available if you book more than one session in advance!
Book two sessions in advance and save a total of $20. Book three and save $30, book four and save $50.
Audio/music technology consulting
Do you need help installing audio equipment for you home entertainment center? Are you baffled by how to use your new MIDI keyboard? Is using your computer to transfer and/or edit recordings/voicemails from your phone something you would like to know how to do?
In addition to teaching an online university course in music technology that I designed, I’ve spent many years in Apple retail stores and have worked to setup up audio tech systems both privately and professionally. During all of this time, I have helped many individuals and groups solve their technology woes. I can accommodate people of all ages and most experience levels.
Apple Product support/training
Do you need help setting up and transferring data to your new mac? Are you baffled by how iCloud works? Is organizing and syncing your photos between your phone and other devices a mystery?
I offer Apple product support and training to help setup, troubleshoot, and answer your questions about any of the Apple products that you may be using. With more than 5 years of experience teaching Apple technology to kids, high school/college students, and adults, I offer personalized support based on your skill level. I can help you to learn and grow your Apple product knowledge and skills in ways that are enjoyable and productive–all while reducing the frustrations and anxieties that can arise with the use of computers and technology.
I’ve spent over five years in both official and unofficial Apple store as an instructor providing customers with help learning how to use their Apple products. During all of this time, I have helped many individuals and groups solve their technology woes. I can accommodate people of all ages and most experience levels.
Audio Digitization
If you have home-recorded media on old cassettes and/or vinyl records that you would love to convert to a digital medium, I can help! Your media can now exist on CD, DVD, or as digital files (AIFF, WAV, mp3, etc.). All audio is able to be cleaned-up, edited, mixed, and mastered.
$15 per hour for a basic transfer*
$50 per hour for any additional editing/cleaning-up of audio
*An additional flat flee of $20 will be charged for meeting to pick-up/drop-off the physical media. Time spent on transfers will reflect closely the the total run-time of your cassette, vinyl, etc. Editing times vary.
Music Transcribing/Arranging/notation Services
Do you need a song transcribed to sheet music? Are you looking for a different arrangement of your favorite piece? Do you have a handwritten score that you need digitized? Is creating parts from an already digital score too time consuming?
Let me help you with all of your music notation related needs. With two music degrees and many years of working with sheet music and digital notation softwares, I can produce professional scores and parts for whatever project you’re working on in either Finale or Sibelius. Sibelius projects will incur an extra software subscription charge that will be determined by the length of the project.
Recording/Mixing/MAstering, Production, and session musician services
If you are in need of a recording engineer, a mix engineer, a session musician and/or production work for your band, solo project, or podcast, I can help! Send me your tracks in Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, and/or Ableton Live and I can provide you with a clean and exciting mix and/or master. I can also boost the production value of your recordings by creating and adding guitar and mandolin parts, as well as synth parts, samples, and programmed beats/drums. If you just need a previously written guitar or mandolin part performed, I’ve got you covered. As for recording, I have a competitively priced mobile setup that accommodates up to eight channels and can come to you. Additional rental of space/studio/gear may need to factored into recording costs for those looking at amplified/full band recording. Please contact me regarding the specifics of your project as rates and logistics will vary.
